Behind the scenes : Buckshot Ambers writing process.
This blog will contain info on how we have sculpted our songs in the past, and up to date info on how we write our future songs :D so stay tuned :
Firstly however we will start of with "Scaptalaba " which is track #06 on our debut record " When I Get Home ".
The song started of as an acoustic piece, performed by Niall to the other members of the band in Dan's shed. Immediately kev got some melodic and lyrical ideas together. However the song was put on hold for the time being due to constraints of doing local gigs to keep up a buzz. Then summer 2016 came.The band entered a writing phase. Mainly planned and organised to facilitate writing a few more songs for the album which we were keen on recording ASAP. So we all sat around in Niall's attic. Just acoustic guitars and vocals we began to all have our own input. The idea soon became a song. Kev was finding his flow easily. We knew there was something we could do with this song. It's very different to the other tracks on the album, but it shows our sweet side ;) hope you enjoy
